VIT STEP consists of a unique mix of low to high intensity approaches incorporating the use of the step platform as the main focus of the workout. This class offers greater training creativity, athleticism, power and speed drills plus a range of varied intensities to suit all fitness levels.
Unlike most step based workouts, VIT STEP is non choreographed, so no spins, turns or advanced dance moves!! but delivers simple, multi-level effective exercises and energetic training methods.
