Pre-requites	Exercise to Music L2/L3 and/or Gym Instruction L2/L3 and experience of attending or delivering Circuit Training classes
Suitable for	Instructors who would like to expand their skills and technical knowledge to teach safe, effective and multi-levelled Circuit Training classes. It is also relevant for those already running such sessions without a formal qualification.
Module content	Plan and Prepare a Circuit Training Session Instruct a Circuit Training Session Evaluate a Circuit Training Session
Duration	2 days plus pre-course study and tasks
Additional information	How to plan, teach and evaluate a safe and effective circuit training session Appropriate health and safety considerations Circuit training approaches and techniques How to set up a class
Assessment	Assessment will take place on the last day of the course or by the submitting of a DVD assessment
