Candidates must be in possession of a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing qualification - Gym/ETM or previous study of Anatomy and Physiology.

Individuals who wish to work towards the CYQ Certificate in Personal Training or CYQ Sports Massage Courses
Fitness Instructors who are seeking to enhance their qualifications and knowledge
Individuals who are already working as a Personal Trainer

- The heart and circulatory system
- The musculoskeletal system
- Postural and core stability
- The nervous, endocrine and energy systems and their relation to exercise and health

This course is studied online via elearning and 2 revision days delivered face to face
Assessment will take place on the last day
Face to Face / Active Learning allows for deeper understanding of content and the practical activities reinforce and help expand the candidates knowledge
