Session Descriptions

Keep Fitness

Keep Fitness takes the infamous 'Keep Fit' classes of the past to a whole new level and brings all ages and abilities together for a workout of high energy fun.  Each term finishes with a special class on the latest fitness concepts.

Aerotone

This fun all over body workout consists of fat burning and stamina building aerobic routines of various intensity levels followed by muscle toning exercises for those most needed places.  A perfect class for those new to exercise as well as experienced exercisers!

Step 'n' Sculpt

Using the versatile and classic Step platform, this workout will leave you invigorated, looking and feeling great! An effective balance of body sculpting using resistance bands and fat burning exercises will help you to achieve your health and fitness goals.  A class not to be missed - limited spaces available, book your Step now!

Body Active

Body Active includes all the main areas of physical fitness and gives you a time saving all over working for today's fast paced lifestyle.  Aerobic training with multi-levelled routines for all fitness levels, Muscle Strength and Endurance to work the body for everyday tasks and a full body stretch to unwind and relax the body.  Bliss!!
