| Additional information | This course is delivered by face-to-face learning over the 3 days and homestudy / reading will be encouraged. Face to face / Active Learning allows for deeper understanding of content and the practical activities reinforce and help expand the candidates knowledge. The course is delivered by a recognised and experienced tutor and offers a fun, practical and memorable method of studying. Upon successful completion of this course, candidates can go on to complete the Level 3 Certificate in Advanced Fitness Instructing - Exercise to Music and Gym Instruction Courses and the Certificate in Personal Training |

| REP Credits | 20 REPs credits pending successful completion of other units - Advanced Cardiovascular and Advanced Resistance Training |
