Small Group Fitness Bootcamp
All Levels 1-3
Small Group Fitness Bootcamps are a perfect way for a small group of people to exercise exclusively. Sessions can be adapted to suit all ages and fitness levels and would suits small teams such as works colleagues, friends, sports club members or as a company team building activity.
The sessions can be run both indoors and outdoors and will involve circuit and interval based exercises for the whole body, using the latest fitness equipment and proven results based workouts.
These sessions can be booked for 4-6 weeks and are a fun, effective and exhilarating way to lose weight, increase muscle strength and endurance and build support and motivation between the group.
Each session lasts 45 minutes and can be arranged exclusively for any organisation at any time of the day, indoors or outdoors.
