"The new GIGO classes are a brilliant way to incorporate exercise into your week. The cardio class may only be half and hour long but do not be under any illusion that you will be getting away lightly! Its intense and you definitely feel the effects the day after, but so worth it! Its a great way to exercise, get sweaty and burn caolries and above all its fun!"
